We welcome all families to join us today for a compassionate Thanksgiving celebration with ChicagoVeg Kids! Help us show our love and respect for the lives of turkeys. Our fun event for all ages will include storytime, games and crafts! Storytime will include pro-turkey stories and the kids can act out the stories as we read aloud! Please consider adopting a turkey from Farm Sanctuary. They will send you a certificate/photo for the turkey you choose to adopt. This is a great way for our kids to have a little bit more of a connection to the animals. We can all bring them to today's event and the kids can talk about "their" turkey.
